We manufacture and Supply wide range of steel Castings as well as finished Components through our own Foundry (Sand Casting), Machine Shop & Plating Facilities. Each of units maintains its necessary Certifications & Approvals to ensure the continuous commitment to our quality.
Nickel Plating: Available in electrolytic and electroless types, using both barrel and rack methods, with a thickness of 5 to 100 microns, hardness up to 750 Vickers, and suitable for jobs up to 1100mm in length, providing excellent corrosion protection.
Hard Chrome Plating: Enhances lubricity, increases wear life, offers coating thickness up to 500 microns, and provides superior corrosion protection.
